As Senior Director of Client Solutions, Rhonda is responsible for leading PerformLine’s voice of the customer initiatives as the company continues to invest in its industry-leading compliance technology. Rhonda has over 20 years of experience in the housing and mortgage industry, including loan origination and refinancing, affordable housing development, homebuyer education, and mortgage industry compliance with anti-money laundering, marketing, fair lending, & licensing.
Senior Advisor, Bradley
Bob Niemi is a Senior Advisor for Financial Services in both Bradley’s Tampa, FL and Washington, D.C. offices. Bob is co-leader of Bradley’s Licensing & Examination and State Attorney General & Regulator teams, but he is not an attorney. Bob served as the Ohio MBA Executive Director when appointed the Deputy Superintendent for Consumer Finance and became Ohio’s chief lending regulator. Bob also served as the NMLS Ombudsman, was appointed to the NMLS Policy Committee and the elected to the AARMR Board of Trustees. This experience allows Bob to bring his unique perspective to financial service matters to effectively develop consensus and resolve complex financial matters. Bob coordinated the branch licensing flexibility model language and statute for MBA that has been the basis of more than 20 state remote work guidance documents and more than 20 bills in various states to date. Bob earned his Certified Mortgage Banker accreditation in 2016 and is an active sponsor, CMB Prep Class Instructor, and advocate. A twenty year resident of Central Ohio, Bob now lives in the Tampa area with his wife Melissa Lineberry.
